The project schedule is based on approximately 18 months of construction. The project will be procured in multiple phases. The total project scope will generally include, but is not limited to SWPP; Mass Earthwork; Site Utilities; Storm Drainage; Site Concrete; Curbing; Paving; Unit Pavers; Fencing: Field Irrigation, Drainage and Turf; Landscaping; Signage and Logos; Concrete; Masonry; Steel; Roofing; Building Openings; Building Finishes; Building Specialties; Mechanical Systems; Plumbing Systems; Electrical Systems; and Athletic and Recreational Equipment.
